We obviously don't charge the groom anything. We're in it with you to make this party epic. As far as his other expenses go (hotel, airfare, etc.) we have the technical capacity to split those across the group unless his rich uncle is planning on picking up the tab. (Seriously, you might want to check into that.)

We can help you with that. The easiest thing tends to be for everyone to keep track of expenses and we've got a spreadhseet that makes calculating the final tally really easy. This is not our first rodeo....

Yes, we will need a credit card to hold hotel and select dinner reservations. We can book everything on one card, or we can bill everyone separately.

If your groom pulls out, we are here with you to celebrate mourn... and will work to get everything possible refunded. Our planning fee is only refundable if we can't get at least that much money back in refunds for you.
